How to use:

Recommended Use: 1-4 tablespoons per bath.

For a relaxing bath, pour Goat Milk Bath Soak into the tub and add 2 - 4 drops of lavender, 1- 3 drops of geranium.

  • For a refreshing bath to start your day, or if you need to go out on the town at night: Pour Goat Milk Bath Soak into the tub and add 2 - 4 drops of bergamot, 1 - 2 drops of rose, 1 - 3 drops rosemary and 1 drop of grapefruit.

  • For a wonderful prep for shaving your legs: add up to ½ cup of sugar to Goat Milk Bath Soak and ½ cup of virgin coconut oil. This creates a wonderful exfoliating scrub! Wet your legs, use your new Goat Milk Bath Soak scrub, rinse, and shave.

  • For a lovely body powder after yoga or exercise: Add 5 drops of peppermint, 2 drops of grapefruit and 2 drops of rosemary to 2 ounces of Goat Milk Bath Soak.

  • For a foot soak: Add 1 drop of chamomile, 1 drop of grapefruit, 3 drops of lavender, 1 drop of peppermint to 2 ounces of Goat Milk Bath Soak.
